  • Developed a configurable enterprise HRMS platform with metadata-driven employee management, workforce scheduling, attendance tracking, and workflow automation, enabling organization-specific customization without code changes and supporting 1,000+ active users

Architected a high-performance media ingestion and transcoding pipeline featuring adaptive concurrent chunked uploads, session resumption, and automatic storage cleanup.

Engineered a scalable, event-driven task distribution system using Go, NATS JetStream queues, PostgreSQL state machines, MinIO (S3 API), and concurrent FFmpeg processing workers.

Optimized client-side transfer speeds by 5–10x utilizing adaptive chunk sizing and a parallelized browser-upload pool running with controlled concurrency.
